The space

This home away from home contains everything you will need for a memorable getaway— including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels; fully stocked and remodeled kitchen including NEW dishwasher, stove and fridge with built in ice maker and filtered water; beach vibe abounds in the living/dining room with sleeper sofa and NEW dining table and TV. We offer complimentary streaming services for your viewing pleasure. Two NEW air conditioners (one in the living room and the other in the newly updated bedroom with NEW TV and king sized mattress and memory foam topper) for the perfect night's sleep. The next best thing to swimming with turtles is showering with them in our freshly remodeled bathroom. See the photo area for all the updates. The lanai also provides convenient access to/from the beach or the pool. Our condo is in a "quiet" corner of the resort, away from the traffic noise of South Kihei Rd and the parking lots of the resort. Because of its location in the resort, it is very private with much less foot traffic going by. If you feel like taking surfing lessons or trying stand-up paddleboarding, rentals are a 3-minute drive away at the best beginner surf spot on Maui. There are also lots of other activities close by including scuba diving, kayaking, and world-class golfing. Feel like an evening out? You are a short walk to some of the most popular restaurants and shopping in South Kihei including Cafe O'Lei, Coconuts, Fred's, Moose McGillycuddy's, just to name a few. There are also lots of quick bites, food trucks, a health food store, a convenience store, and a supermarket close by plus plenty of souvenir shops. Wailea is also only a 5-minute drive to the south where there are plenty of upscale dining options (Ko, Ferraro's, Monkeypod, Mateo, Spago, Duo, Lineage) and high-end shopping at one of the resorts or the Shops at Wailea. You are also in the perfect location to explore the rest of the island. Day trips to Hana, Haleakala Crater, Paia, Makawao, and Kaanapali are all very easy from our condo's central locations.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire condo except for a secured portion of the entry closet, locked drawers under the bed and locked cabinet in the bedroom closet, bedroom wall and under the kitchen counter.

Other details

No in-unit laundry. Coin operated laundry facility located on-site. Change machine available. There is not a hard-wired phone in this unit. There is good cell phone coverage in the unit and throughout the complex. Potential for noise. Guests can expect to hear some noise from nearby businesses. We have excellent Wi-Fi in the unit and around the complex. Published speeds from Spectrum are 500 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. There is a separate access point at the pool.
